MEET US IN ST. LOUIS

A GUIDE TO THE CITY

We are so happy to have you join us in St. Louis! While you're here, be sure to check out all that the city has to offer. If you have some spare time, St. Louis has lots of fun attractions (quite a few are even free!) and even more awesome dining destinations. We welcome you to eat your way through the weekend (bucket list included here.)

Helpful tip: We have set up hotel room blocks for those that are coming in from out of town (or avoiding driving). Please scroll down to the bottom of this page for more details.

WHERE TO EAT & DRINK

EAT LIKE A LOCAL

St. Louis loves its food. With that, you'll find a few signature foods that either put a spin on a classic or that you just won't find somewhere else. While you're here, get working on this food bucket list, but don't blame us when you crave this back home.

ToastedRav.jpg

TOASTED RAVIOLI

Deep-fried ravioli are a St. Louis classic. Find these all over the city, especially at Italian  or pizza restaurants - try the Hill for some options. Imo's also delivers!I

STL STYLE PIZZA

Cracker-thin crust, edge-to-edge toppings, exceptionally gooey Provel cheese, and square slices define STL pizza. Imo's is a classic with a variety of locations (and delivery).

BBQ.jpg

STL STYLE BBQ

St. Louis offers some of the best BBQ in the country, particularly known for pork - try the baby-back ribs or a pork steak. We recommend Pappy's, Dalie's, or Surgarfire.

Gooeybutter.jpg

GOOEY BUTTER CAKE

The ultimate happy accident. Gooey butter is a version of yellow cake that separates into a crust and namesake gooey layer. Local favorites: Gooey Louie's & Park Ave Coffee.

FROZEN CONCRETE

Vanilla custard with mixed toppings served in a cup - so cold you should be able to turn it upside down. Ted Drewe's is the old classic but Silky's is Kaitlyn's favorite.

SLINGER

Been out late? Patties topped with eggs and hash browns are covered with chili, American cheese and onions and served at diners across the city. Try Courtesy Diner.
